Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Ephraim Stat Care. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
- Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up, and assembling medical equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort, including weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients.
- Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Transport patients between care facilities and provide support with personal care.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in patient care or a related field is an asset.
- First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate are required.
- Criminal record check is a must.
