We are a leading Original Equipment Supplier that provides exceptional customer service and customized solutions. Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products, including MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and much more. We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial, and industrial needs.

The Position

This is a full-time sales position based at our location in Mississauga, ON.

Reports to

This position reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales quotes and sales orders.
  • Assist walk-in customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and leads promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare return merchandise authorization forms.
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with customers.
  • Actively seek out new clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Use knowledge and training to ensure that the customer gets exactly what they need within their budget, as quickly and easily as possible.
  • Provide superior customer service experience.
  • Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehousing as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • May require travel or site visits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Experience using and maintaining CRM software is preferred.
  • Experience generating quotations and cold calling.
  • Sales and customer service experience in the electrical industry is an asset.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • General computer literacy.
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle is an asset.
