About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping team has everything they need to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Scheduling and Staff Management: Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are covered and that our guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our standards of cleanliness and quality are met.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting our expectations and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Select and purchase equipment and supplies to ensure that our housekeeping team has everything they need to perform their duties efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
