Key Responsibilities:- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient housekeeping operation.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
- Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Participation in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
