Job Title: Nurse - Resident Care

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team as a Resident Care Nurse.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular wellness visits for residents to assess their health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication with residents and their families.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident health status to the Resident Care Director and other relevant team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for residents.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
