**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at Envision Financial. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a portfolio of members by offering a full range of investment, deposit, and complex lending services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Member Service:** Build strong relationships with current and potential members by identifying their financial needs and providing personalized advice and solutions.
  • **Member Transactions:** Process a full range of complex member transactions, including MFDA products and services, retail mortgages, personal and RRSP loans, and other financial products.
  • **Branch Goals:** Support the achievement of annual branch goals and objectives by promoting Envision Financial's products and services, participating in branch campaigns, and identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities.
  • **Branch Support:** Mentor other branch employees in the understanding of lending and investment products and services, and provide advice and assistance with member issues.
  • **Other Duties:** Utilize your expertise to prioritize and manage schedules, align efforts with branch goals, and provide a remarkable member experience.

**Requirements**

  • College or Tech School Diploma (2 years) in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mutual Funds License required.
  • Must complete the internal Envision Financial certification program specific to this role within the required timeframe.
  • PFP preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to conduct complex advisory conversations and identify member needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize member needs, identify appropriate products, and build strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in retail lending and investment products and services.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and solve problems using common sense and sound judgment.
  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and banking software programs.
  • Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by adhering to policies and procedures.
