About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Professional to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an Investment Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans and investment strategies to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other RBC teams, such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of success in a commission-based environment.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.
  • Strong passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
