Restaurant Shift Manager

At Tim Hortons, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by leading a team of crew members and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of crew members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees
- Manage food and labor costs to maintain profitability
- Train and develop crew members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and quality
- Execute company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous food service experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
