About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve high-quality results.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage food and labor costs, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to your team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and identify problems, and take corrective action to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
