We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Prairie Horizon Therapeutic Massage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with clients and therapists.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage inventory, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, therapists, and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience: Will train.
