Job Summary

Prairie Horizon Therapeutic Massage is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services and policies.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage waitlists, and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our therapists and management team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
