Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Prairie Horizon Therapeutic Massage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a smooth and efficient front office operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment, including the reception area, waiting room, and storage areas.
  • Assist with special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the office as needed.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
