Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and train new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability, initiative, and a client-focused approach.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
