At Tim Hortons 2859149 Ontario Inc, we are looking for a skilled Restaurant Service Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and clean work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring quality standards.
- Monitor food and service quality, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights for management.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our culinary genres, enhancing the dining experience.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Establish work schedules, balancing staff needs and business requirements.
- Lead a team of 5-10 staff members.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
