Pizza Hut Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure we have the right people in place to deliver our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
