Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons 2859149 Ontario Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
