  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate and up-to-date.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
