Sales Floor Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Floor Assistant to join our team at Station Mall - Store 440, 293 Bay St, Unit HN-9. As a Sales Floor Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the store's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and positive manner.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, store housekeeping, and visual displays.
- Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and contributes to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, and visual displays.
- Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies as per guidelines and policies.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel.
- Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the store's success.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
