Job Title: Colour Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled Colour Production Manager to join our team at Arash Painting Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting process and ensuring high-quality results.

Salary: CAD $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Job:
In this role, you will supervise a team of 5-10 people, including painters, decorators, and labourers. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities, training staff, and setting up machines and equipment. Additionally, you will estimate costs and materials, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
This position requires 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to read blueprints and drawings, and be proficient in requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
