Sr. Product Manager Role


The Sr. Product Manager will lead the development and execution of our product strategy from concept to launch, driving vision and ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to define features, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure timely delivery.


Main Responsibilities



  • Drive cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative solutions addressing complex business challenges.
  • Define and execute product strategies, integrating plans and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee prioritization, scoping, and resource allocation for product initiatives, balancing strategic objectives with client demands.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure seamless product delivery, market positioning, and adoption.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies to optimize the product's value proposition.
  • Lead post-launch performance evaluations, adjusting strategies based on key metrics, client feedback, and market trends to ensure continued success.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Spearhead product launches, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution from business case approval to final delivery.
  • Drive continuous product improvement by staying proactive on client feedback, industry trends, and market shifts.
  • Coordinate and communicate product releases, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, driving strategy and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Relevant industry experience in ERP, accounting, or banking software.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of web-based technologies and experience managing software development team backlogs.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, with practical experience using tools like JIRA.
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with a strong track record of delivering complex solutions.
  • Specific experience working with financial end users and web-oriented software engineers.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Deep expertise in ERP or accounting systems, particularly platforms like NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, especially Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation.
  • Experience with B2B or commercial virtual card payments.
  • Proven track record working on fintech, payments, or corporate banking projects.
  • Strong interest in enterprise technology and how large companies manage data and information.
  • Technical proficiency in web and API technologies, including integration strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Postman and Swagger.
  • Interest in Generative AI, AI, or machine learning.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and bring innovative ideas to product development.

Compensation Package


Fispan Co values its employees and offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $96,400-$133,000 annually. Permanent employees may be eligible for a semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
