Job Description

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis of large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
  • Business Intelligence Reporting: Design and develop comprehensive business intelligence reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize advanced data analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python to extract, transform, and load data.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide data insights, and communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with data analytics tools, including Power BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to communicate data insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Analytics Techniques: Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical analysis.
  • Data Visualization: Proficiency in creating effective data visualizations to communicate complex data insights.
  • Database Management: Experience with database management systems, including data warehousing and ETL processes.
