Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics approaches to drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with clients to translate business challenges into actionable analytics solutions
  • Present analytics findings to senior management, highlighting the value proposition and business impact
  • Work closely with Data Science teams to embed analytics outputs into business processes
  • Communicate complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Domain expertise in Healthcare is essential
  • Strong SQL, SAS, and MS Office skills, with a background in Data Science
  • Ability to engage with Executive-level stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
