Job Description

Unplugged Immigration Consultancy Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, establishing clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carr[y] out administrative activities of the establishment, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Administer records management, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Gather data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff members on new administrative procedures and best practices.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve conflict situations and coach employees as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Experience and Specialization
  • We require an individual with computer and technology knowledge, specifically proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
Supervision
  • The selected candidate will oversee 1 to 2 people.
Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
