Job Title: Agricultural Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Operations Supervisor to join our team at Turning Leaf Greenhouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our greenhouse, ensuring the health and productivity of our crops, and supervising a team of nursery and greenhouse workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate planting, cultivating, and crop harvesting activities
  • Direct agricultural crops deleafing, clipping, and other activities
  • Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of crop growth, yields, and other relevant data
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in agricultural operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of supervising a team and achieving results
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
