Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our Back of House team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish area and dish machines, as well as washing and polishing glassware and flatware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate dishwashers efficiently and effectively
  • Wash and polish glassware and flatware to a high standard
  • Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts, and dish racks
  • Assist in receiving and stocking supplies and products
  • Safely handle and store cleaning products
  • Perform general dish area maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, organization, and garbage removal

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a dishwasher role or similar environment is an asset
  • Attention to detail and ability to take direction
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and organizational skills
  • Able to spend 100% of the time standing
