Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Auberge du Pommier in Halifax. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dish area and dish machines.

The Day to Day:

  • Operate dishwashers efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Wash and polish all glassware and flatware to the highest standards.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products in a timely and organized manner.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning products to prevent accidents and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Perform general dish area maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, organization, and garbage removal.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a dishwasher role or similar environment is an asset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
