Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TTEC Computers Incorporated. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Health care plan and permanent employment
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • English language
