Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Western 1 Drywall Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- Plan and manage budgets
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions

Requirements

- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
