About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team in the renovation and repair of residential and commercial properties after traumatic events such as fires or floods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, staff, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of success in project management, preferably in the construction or restoration industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
