Job Summary

The Hiring Partner Inc is seeking an Insurance Legal Assistant to provide administrative support in our insurance law team. As an Insurance Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for client records and legal documents
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents using PCLaw in the Cloud and MS Word
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and customer service skills

Requirements

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • PCLaw in the Cloud, Dictaphone, MS Word, and MS Outlook skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
