About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Film Editor to join our team at Acre Post Production. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life through expert editing and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with directors and producers to interpret and deliver the desired performance
  • Arrange film segments into cohesive sequences to achieve continuity and desired effects
  • Determine production schedules and ensure timely delivery
  • Edit motion picture film to meet the director's vision and creative goals
  • Ensure attention to detail and adherence to the project's original intention
  • Monitor the project's success after release and make adjustments as needed
  • Plan, organize, and direct the artistic aspects of production, including lighting, lenses, camera angles, and backgrounds
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in film editing, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality results
  • Experience with post-production software and equipment
