About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Film Editor to join our team at Acre Post Production. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life through expert editing and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with directors and producers to understand their creative vision and deliver high-quality edits that meet their expectations.
  • Plan and organize editorial projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the latest editing software and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of visual effects, sound design, and music composition.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality standards throughout the editing process, ensuring attention to detail and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in film editing, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing software, including Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
