Vintage Hotels is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced banquet environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that beverage stock is properly stocked and maintained to meet the demands of our events.
  • Take orders from guests, prepare drinks, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring that every guest's order is complete and served in a timely manner.
  • Prepare drinks according to standard recipes and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Banquet Captain and other team members to ensure seamless execution of events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
