Job Title: Bartender

Vintage Hotels is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and storing beverages and food products.
  • Serve food and snacks, and advise guests on wine selection and drink recommendations.
  • Collect payment for beverages and record sales.
  • Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
Requirements:
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Initiative and reliability.
