Job Title: Bartender

Vintage Hotels is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment
  • Serve food and beverages to customers, including wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Provide recommendations on drink and food pairings
  • Collect payment and process transactions
  • Record and balance beverage sales
  • Store and manage inventory of beverages and supplies
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
Requirements:
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
