Job Summary:
">As a Caregiver and Clinical Expert, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and skilled nursing care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on care to clients, including wound care, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Assess clients' physical and emotional needs and develop personalized care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Nursing degree from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body
- CPR certification
- Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
