Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Specialist. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Prairie Mountain Health region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to clients, their families, and caregivers. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. A strong understanding of mental health principles, theories, and practices is essential. Experience working with vulnerable populations and a commitment to trauma-informed care are also highly valued.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in various settings, including clinics, hospitals, and community-based programs. You will provide assessments, counseling, and case management services to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
