**Title**: Clinical Project Manager, Learning Pathways
**Salary**: $97,462 - $114,661 - $131,861 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term - September 2025
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**About the role**
As Clinical Project Manager, Learning Pathways, you will - be responsible for supporting the operational design and ongoing support frameworks and structures for clinical undergraduate learning pathways e.g. BSN Learning Pathways. You will develop and maintain strategic, cross-systems (health and education) working relationships with internal and external partners including First Nations health care organizations, the Ministry of Health and post-secondary institutions. You will work with the Manager of Clinical Education and uses a two-eyed seeing approach to develop, lead and manage clinical undergraduate learning pathways including extensive engagement on learning pathway needs. You will develop networks such as communities of practice, and ongoing connection and consultative support. You will work in both project and ongoing operations environments.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing or health related field.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field is an asset.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Clinical Operations in progressive leadership roles.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent and relevant experience in project management, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Experience with quality improvement and/or change management is an asset.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred, or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
