About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at FMI - Pizza Hut, KFC/ PFK, Taco Bell, Burger King and Panera Bread. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Provide guidance and coaching to Shift Leaders, Shift Managers, and Team Members to achieve operational excellence.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Restaurant Operations:
    • Manage cash handling, reconciliations, and daily paperwork.
    • Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
    • Ensure the delivery of the Customer Promise through effective management of restaurant operations.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage financial controls, including cash control and security procedures.
    • Implement marketing plans and analyze financial reports to drive business results.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service in clean surroundings.
    • Supervise and train team members on team stations, products, processes, and policies.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and corporate safety/security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • One to two years of management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant equipment, policies, and procedures.
  • Completion of all internal training curriculums.
