Role Purpose

As a Stylist at Mejuri, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a warm and inviting experience that feels like shopping with a trusted friend. You'll be up-to-date on current fashion trends, educate customers on our products, and inspire them to try new things.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service through personalized styling experiences and thorough product knowledge
  • Drive business growth by meeting performance metrics, including sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue targets
  • Educate customers on Mejuri's brand story and stay informed on all products, latest launches, and specialized services
  • Work collaboratively with a motivated team to achieve business objectives
  • Champion Mejuri's core values, including customer obsession, empowerment, and continuous improvement
  • Assist with efficiently transacting customers, maintaining store appearance, and executing OMNI business services
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Ability to connect with customers in an authentic and warm way, making them feel comfortable and valued
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening to effectively deliver on customer needs
  • Ability to learn and retain relevant product knowledge to suggest and style for customers
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver on customer and business needs
  • Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators, including sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue targets
  • Attention to detail and a highly organized working style
  • Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a positive team working environment
