Job Summary

As a Store Team Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a crucial role in the success of your store. Your responsibilities may include supervising production, front-end operations, and community donations. You will also be responsible for developing and empowering your team members to achieve business results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of promoting reuse and sustainability. As a Store Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising production, front-end operations, and community donations.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve store performance.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to achieve business results.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail or operational experience.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
