Airport Security Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. As a Pre-Board Screening Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of passengers and creating a positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen passengers and baggage through airport security checkpoints efficiently
- Provide information professionally and with integrity to passengers
- Confirm valid boarding passes and scan baggage for prohibited items
- Protect restricted areas and manage conflict effectively
- Communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and colleagues
- Uphold all regulations with vigilance and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a high-volume environment for a minimum of one (1) year
- Open availability to work any shift as required by the airport operations, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
- Strong French communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to comply with the CATSA medical requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
