Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2317916 Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast food outlet or concession
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills

Work Environment:

* Fast food outlet or concession
* 35 hours per week
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
