### Job Overview

JYSK Canada is seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our strategy of "Seamless and Closer to the Customer".

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the E-Commerce and Marketing team to maintain site content, search functionality, implementation of new products, and launching campaigns.
* Partner with internal departments to enhance the online customer experience and maximize performance.
* Develop innovative solutions for Omni Channel, Online Commerce Digital, and Social Marketing Solutions.
* Manage all marketing for the business, including flyers, TV, radio, digital online, and social marketing.
* Develop, plan, and execute SEO and SEM along with digital and social marketing strategies to build awareness and drive visitation in stores and online.
* Create new marketing initiatives through creative marketing processes.
* Plan and execute off-site events and in-store campaigns aligned with the company's strategic goals.
* Build business cases and develop plans to resolve unfavorable trends in sales, expenses, and profitability.
* Monitor industry trends and share knowledge with internal stakeholders.
* Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Manage budgets and resources to deliver efficient and effective marketing and eCommerce initiatives.
* Ensure a great digital experience for our customers.

### What You Bring

* Five or more years' experience in a relevant role; specifically, in online merchandising, marketing, Google analytics, SEO, and SEM.
* A proven track record in running a successful eCommerce business that experienced significant growth.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners.
* Experience in leading and managing successful teams.
* Recognized as a subject matter expert in online retailing; understands competitors' business models and promotional tactics, studies, and analyzes key performance indicators of customers' behavior.
* Advanced analytics capabilities to support recommendations with data-driven findings, including advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and track and report on their effectiveness.

### Compensation

Generally, the hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal, and market equity.
