About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to join our team at JYSK Canada. This strategic role will support the delivery of our "Seamless and Closer to the Customer" strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the E-Commerce and Marketing team to maintain site content, search functionality, and implement new products and campaigns.
  • Partner with internal departments to enhance the online customer experience and maximize performance.
  • Develop innovative solutions for Omni Channel, Online Commerce Digital, and Social Marketing.
  • Manage all marketing for the business, including flyers, TV, radio, digital online, and social marketing.
  • Develop, plan, and execute SEO and SEM along with digital and social marketing strategies to build awareness and drive visitation in stores and online.
  • Create new marketing initiatives through creative marketing processes.
  • Plan and execute off-site events and in-store campaigns aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Build business cases and develop plans to resolve unfavorable trends in sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends and share knowledge with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver efficient and effective marketing and eCommerce initiatives.
  • Ensure a great digital experience for our customers.

Requirements
  • Five or more years' experience in a relevant role, specifically in online merchandising, marketing, Google analytics, SEO, and SEM.
  • A proven track record in running a successful e-commerce business that experienced significant growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners.
  • Experience in leading and managing successful teams.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in online retailing; understands competitors' business models and promotional tactics, studies, and analyzes key performance indicators of customers' behavior.
  • Advanced analytics capabilities to support recommendations with data-driven findings, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and track and report on their effectiveness.
Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal, and market equity.
