VALLEX DEEP CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Paving Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the paving operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and materials for paving projects
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure workers are properly trained
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and recommend personnel actions
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field
