Job Title: Paving Foreman/Woman

VALLEX DEEP CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Paving Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the paving operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and materials for paving projects
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and supervise workers
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and recommend personnel actions
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality results
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • First Aid Certificate and Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
  • Basic security clearance and bondable
Work Environment:
