Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team at Grant Thornton International Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our global cybersecurity posture, ensuring the protection of our clients' data and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity operational and monitoring tools across the organization.
- Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and cybersecurity teams to ensure effective planning, provision, and maintenance of operational and monitoring tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation of cybersecurity operations, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and initiatives, including threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Collaborate with IT Operations and other teams to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity services and solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on cybersecurity matters to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and recommend improvements to our cybersecurity posture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CISSP or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with a focus on threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM, UEBA, and SOAR.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
