We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Inspine Therapy. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation of our office.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Documentation and Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
