About the Role

Manna International Trading Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking and monitoring of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
